Living Library
To celebrate Literacy month during the month of February, we invited guests from our community to read to our students. We are so lucky to have had a chef, a pilot, a nurse, an actor, a musician, a firefighter, a doctor and more volunteer their time with us. They read to students and shared their love of reading. We are ever thankful to these wonderful people for the work they do in our community and for the time they have spent with us. Thank you!

Quigley has been celebrating reading with help from Indigo's Love of Reading Foundation! In 2024, we were the lucky recipients of a $50,000 Indigo grant. Over the last year, our Quigley ambassadors helped to select some wonderful books to add to our library. Our library is now filled with exciting new books for you to read. Thank you, Indigo, for this amazing grant!
Summer Reading at Quigley
Wednesday mornings through the summer approximately 40 students joined our summer reading program. We gathered to check out great books, take some home from our read and recycle, read in the sunshine, have a light breakfast, and share vegetables from our courtyard. Students who come "Jump the slump" and are ready to learn in September.
